Project Coordination

As part of our work effort HMC’s Principals will assist in the selection of and coordination of the efforts of other project team members including: architects, construction managers, FHA mortgage bankers (if applicable), underwriters, and other needed personnel to complete the project.

HMC plays a key role in helping the hospital size their project in accordance with what is affordable and with the heath care needs of the hospital’s service area. In addition, HMC will serve as a sounding board for all issues related to the design. In general, HMC is the “owner’s representative” during the planning, development, financing and implementation stages.

Over twenty-five years of experience in planning, developing, financing and implementing major capital improvement projects has prepared HMC’s principals to provide the knowledge necessary to move the hospital’s project forward in a timely manner while avoiding the pitfalls along the way. There is no substitute for experience.
